TERMS OF USE

The current document is aimed to inform the users of LuckyScan about the relevant terms of service. The owner has a right to update this text without direct notification. The user is recommended to renew this page regularly to be always aware of possible changes. By installing this application, the user agrees with the following statements automatically.

• The user can get a Premium account, which provides him with the next amount of benefits: an unlimited amount of scans, an ability to create promo-codes, view statistics, etc. Premium means that the user will get an access to all the functions of LuckyScan.

• The user can also purchase only the main functions of the application, like scanning and reading, without any additional tools. In this case the price is lower.

• Please, notice, that the owner reserves a right to change or update prices without warning. In addition, there may be special discounts or promotional prices for a limited time period.

• Subscription renews automatically after you purchased it once. The renewal will be performed for the same chosen price and period. It happens until the user won’t turn off this option.

• Auto-renewal may be switched off manually from the Settings menu on iTunes account at any moment.

• But to avoid the subscription renewing, the previous step should be done 24 hours prior the end of the current purchased period.

• The iTunes account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the paid period is over. You can find it at confirmation of purchase.

• There is also a three days of free trial provided.

• The purchased subscription during the trial period makes it impossible for the user to finish it. Left free days will be forfeited.

• Subscription can be cancelled whereas your free period isn’t over. This can be performed easily by visiting your iTunes account Settings menu.

• Unfortunately, your active subscription can’t be cancelled.
